Important Information
✨ Submitting this form does not confirm your booking. Please allow 24–48 hours for availability confirmation and a response.
✨ Reservation & Deposit:
A $100 refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to reserve your selected date and time. The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to your scheduled picnic.
✨ Deposit Refund Policy:
Your $100 deposit will be fully refunded after your picnic once all items have been returned in the same condition they were provided—free of damage, stains, or missing pieces.
✨ Timing:
Your reserved time begins at the confirmed start time, not upon arrival. Please plan accordingly to enjoy your full experience.
✨ Supervision:
Please do not leave the picnic setup unattended at any time. If you anticipate arriving late or leaving early, kindly notify us in advance.
✨ Care of Setup:
We kindly ask that all guests remove their shoes before stepping onto the picnic rug to help maintain cleanliness and quality.
✨ Damages:
Clients are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. If necessary, replacement or repair costs may be deducted from the deposit.
✨ Additional Time:
If you would like to extend your picnic, please inform us ahead of time. Extensions are subject to availability and will be charged at an hourly rate.
✨ Clean-Up:
Please do not remove or dispose of any items from the setup. Our team will handle all clean-up at the conclusion of your picnic.
✨ Weather Policy:
In the event of inclement weather, we are happy to reschedule your picnic at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative solution.
