✨ Submitting this form does not confirm your booking. Please allow 24–48 hours for us to check availability and respond.
✨ Your booking will be reserved once everything is confirmed and the $30 refundable deposit is sent.
✨ Full payment is due 3 days before your picnic date.

Important Information

 

  • A $30 refundable deposit will be added to your total. Once we confirm that all items are returned in the same condition, your refund will be promptly issued.

  • Please do not leave the picnic setup unattended. If you are running late or need to leave early, kindly notify us.

  • Your reserved time begins at the confirmed start time, not upon arrival—so please plan to arrive on time.

  • We kindly ask that you remove your shoes before stepping on the rug.

  • Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage to items beyond normal wear and tear. Replacement costs may be deducted from the deposit if necessary.

  • Extra Time: If you wish to extend your picnic beyond the reserved time, please let us know in advance. Additional time may be available at an hourly rate.

  • Clean-Up: Please do not throw away or take any items from the setup. We will handle all clean-up at the end of your picnic.

  • Weather Policy: In the event of bad weather, we are happy to reschedule your picnic at no additional cost. If rescheduling isn’t possible, we will work with you on an alternative solution.
