✨ Submitting this form does not confirm your booking. Please allow 24–48 hours for us to check availability and respond.
✨ Your booking will be reserved once everything is confirmed and the $30 refundable deposit is sent.
✨ Full payment is due 3 days before your picnic date.

A $30 refundable deposit will be added to your total. Once we confirm that all items are returned in the same condition, your refund will be promptly issued.

Please do not leave the picnic setup unattended. If you are running late or need to leave early, kindly notify us.

Your reserved time begins at the confirmed start time, not upon arrival—so please plan to arrive on time.

We kindly ask that you remove your shoes before stepping on the rug.

Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage to items beyond normal wear and tear. Replacement costs may be deducted from the deposit if necessary.

Extra Time: If you wish to extend your picnic beyond the reserved time, please let us know in advance. Additional time may be available at an hourly rate.

Clean-Up: Please do not throw away or take any items from the setup. We will handle all clean-up at the end of your picnic.

Weather Policy: In the event of bad weather, we are happy to reschedule your picnic at no additional cost. If rescheduling isn’t possible, we will work with you on an alternative solution.
